How to shop at the Wikana online shop

You can search in two different ways:

1. By rummaging around - On top of our page you have an index of     our   assortment where you can click on and you will see a list of our products. Or if you have a look on the left of our page you have several catogories where you will find our assortment, too.
2. By searching - If you are searching for a certain product, you can use our quick search. By using the advanced search, you can limit your search additionally to category and price.

The search function

The search function searches all articles and descriptions for the term(s) you have entered. If you enter several terms, you should seperate them by a blank space.

 

To buy somehting

Next to each of our products, you see the basket symbol. With this you can put every product directly in your basket. And of course, you can delete the product at any time.

Basket of goods

When you have put the product in the basket, the basket will be displayed. Now you can:

1. Continue shopping: Click on the button "Continue shopping" under your basket, if you want to get back to the last shown page and continue to shop; or choose in the menu on the left another category to select further products.
2. Change the order quantity: If you want to buy more than just one item of the product, you can change the quantity at "number of pieces". Afterwards, click on "refresh" and the new price will be displayed.
3. Clear the product from your basket: Tick the box on the left of the product which you want to delete and click on "refresh".
4. Place an order: If you want to order the chosen product, click on the button "order now" and follow the instructions step by step to order online. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order.

Wish list

You can note every product on your wish list. For this, you only have to be logged in. Later,you can move the products from your wish list directly into your basket. Your wish list will be saved permanently for your future visits.

Take a look at your basket of goods

You can check at any time which products you have in your basket by clicking on the link "basket" in the menu above.

Account

Under this menu item you can examine or change your personal datas like the delivery and invoice adress, the purchase order status, etc.
