Recipes with Wikana cookies

Kalte Schnauze / Kalter Hund

You need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 125 gramm cacao powder (concentrated)
  • 2 packets Palmin (deserdorised oil)
  • 250 gramm powdered sugar
  • 2 packets WIKANA HANSA KEKS
  • (if you like you can add some rum aroma)

...instructions:

  • stir the 4 eggs
  • While stirring the eggs, add the vanilla sugar, a few droplets of the rum aroma, the powdered sugar and the cacao powder and stir again,
  • give the Palmin in a pot and melt it (Attention! The Palmin should only be warm not hot!),
  • stir the melted Palmin in the dough
  • now, build layers with the cacao dough and the HANSA COOKIES in a square baking tin (first and last layer should be cacao dough),
  • now, put the filled baking tin in the refrigerator for about 2 hours . . .
