Recipes with Wikana cookies

You need:

 4 eggs

2 packets vanilla sugar

125 gramm cacao powder (concentrated)

2 packets Palmin (deserdorised oil)

250 gramm powdered sugar

2 packets WIKANA HANSA KEKS
-
(if you like you can add some rum aroma)
...instructions:

stir the 4 eggs

While stirring the eggs, add the vanilla sugar, a few droplets of the rum aroma, the powdered sugar and the cacao powder and stir again,

give the Palmin in a pot and melt it (Attention! The Palmin should only be warm not hot!),

stir the melted Palmin in the dough

now, build layers with the cacao dough and the HANSA COOKIES in a square baking tin (first and last layer should be cacao dough),
-
now, put the filled baking tin in the refrigerator for about 2 hours . . .
